Technology integration & business automation
Your Business. Connected. Automated.
We help businesses connect their technology, automate repetitive tasks, and simplify operations so they can focus on what matters.
Sound familiar?
Your team shouldn't be the glue between your software.
Most small and mid-sized businesses run on a handful of good tools that don't share information. People fill the gaps by hand.
The same data, typed twice
Customer details get re-entered across your CRM, spreadsheets, invoices and email.
Leads that wait too long
Inquiries sit in an inbox while you're busy, and some never get a reply.
Tools that don't talk
You pay for good software, but none of it shares information, so people fill the gaps.
Admin that eats the week
Scheduling, onboarding, reminders and reports take hours that should go to clients.

How automation works
Simple building blocks, reliably connected.
Nearly every automation follows the same pattern. The value is in choosing the right steps and making them dependable.
- 01
Trigger
Something happens: a form is submitted, a deal is won, an email arrives.
- 02
Connect
Your systems share the information, so it's entered once and available everywhere.
- 03
Act
The routine steps run automatically: records update, emails send, files are created.
- 04
Notify
The right person hears about it, and anything unusual is flagged for a human.
Our process
From first conversation to running systems.
01
Assess
We learn how work moves through your business today: the tools, the handoffs and the hours lost.
02
Plan
We design the solution around the systems you already use and agree on scope, timeline and price before we build.
03
Build
We build and test the automations and integrations, with check-ins so there are no surprises.
04
Launch
We go live carefully, train your team and confirm everything works with real data.
05
Support
We monitor, fix and improve what we built, so it keeps working as your business changes.
See it in action
What changes when the busywork runs itself?
Pick an everyday moment and compare the manual version with an automated one. These are illustrative workflows built from the same pieces we use in real projects.
Choose a moment in your week:

- Lead saved and checked for duplicatesDatabase
- Contact and deal created or updatedCRM
- Personal acknowledgment sent with a booking linkEmail
- Prospect books a time that suits themCalendar
- You get an alert with the full contextNotification
Every step runs on its own, is logged, and alerts a person if something fails.

FAQ
Questions business owners ask us.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
Usually not. Our first goal is to make your existing tools work together. We only recommend new software when it clearly solves a problem your current tools can't.
Is Northjoin an AI agency?
No. We're a technology integration and automation partner. We use AI where it adds real value, such as reading documents or answering routine questions, and use simpler, more reliable software everywhere else.
What does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After an initial conversation and assessment, you get a written plan with a fixed price before any work starts, so there are no open-ended bills.
How long does a typical project take?
Small automations can be quick, while multi-system integrations take longer. Your plan includes a timeline, and we break larger projects into stages so you see results early.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We work with business owners and operations teams, explain everything in plain English, and handle the technical details.
How do you handle our data and system access?
We ask only for the access a project needs, use your accounts rather than ours where possible, keep credentials out of email and documents, and remove our access when the work is done unless you choose ongoing support.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and a walkthrough. If you want, we can monitor and maintain your automations on an ongoing basis so they keep working as your tools and processes change.
